I recently purchased a condo in Traverse City with the help of real estate broker, Sheila Peek. Sheila did an excellent job of closing the deal quickly. She was very familiar with the market in the area. She was an excellent source of information and I would definitely use her again.

Originally, we started working with Sheila to help us meet our goal of finding a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Traverse City condominium that we could use for a few family vacations per year and also for short term rentals. Sheila provided lots of different options that met the exact specifications we THOUGHT we were looking for, but when we visited the properties, we weren’t excited at what we saw and when we ran the numbers, we quickly realized that the properties in our price point were not going provide the return on investment that we were expecting. We were disappointed, but Sheila encouraged us to take our time and insisted that we were not on a deadline; but rather she was ready to invest the time it took for us to figure out what we wanted. Sheila patiently listened to us, she heard our goals, and throughout an idea sharing process, she helped us to realize that we needed to expand our horizons to other up north areas, and we needed to look at properties other than condos. Once we formulated our new goals, Sheila was energized by the challenge to find us the perfect fit. I am thrilled to say that we are about to close on the PERFECT cabin in a beautifully wooded area near Bellaire! Our new construction home is tucked in a pocket of peaceful nature, close to a multitude of winter and summer activities for year-round rental opportunities. We feel like every one of our goals was met. I am so thankful that Sheila was patient enough to listen to us and persistent enough to search for the absolute perfect match. Thank you, Sheila!
